I was wonderig if there was a way I could type my vin into a system and have it tell me all of the options I have, or reproduce the original vehicle sticker?

Anyone know of a site that wouyld list all of this? I tried Edmunds and only got a little info.

I did find a vehicle history report with many options noted...

Steptronic etc. A few questions though, pardong the newbie... Can anyone elaborate on the following?

1. DVD Area Coding? What the heck is that? Option 0697

2. First Aid Kit. Where is this located and can I just replenish the items in it? 0ZFA

3. Adaptive Light Control. Is this just auto on lights?

4. CO2 Control. What is this?

5. White turn signal lights? Is this the back lights?

I can't be certain BUT...

1/ If you spec the option of DVD Player & Screens I'd imagine they have it on a world region basis as with all movies and games.
2/ Not to sure where it is located, I remember in my fathers old 7 it was in the parcel shelve box. Come to think of it i don't know where mine is in my 7 hmmmm possibly integrated into the toolkit area in the boot/trunk.
3/ Adaptive to my knowledge is the follow you round the corners part in the Visability Pack.
4/ C02 hmmmmm no idea there sorry
5/ I'd imagine these to be the side repeaters on the front quarter's.

To get your car's options, just go into (or call) your local friendly Dealer. They will get your car's details on their system with your registration/VIN number and tell you instantly. Ask nicely, and they'll even print it out - complete with build date and original delivery date.

The first aid kit is in the boot (trunk) lid.
