Tyre pressures the same as recommended for the RFT's.
I was running RFT's at a lower pressure than the "book" because I found they handled better and had less tramlining.

I run my 124's at 37psi front, 38psi rear. (This is slightly higher than recommended minimum) This offsets the stiffer sidewalls IMHO...

Go by what your manual states. On delivery mine were loaded up to 50lbs!!! The it gave my ride a drifting quality at highway speed.

That is the shipping pressure. Most dealers forget to check that. They tried to deliver mine at 50 psi but I had my trusty gauge with me at pick up and then they quickly fixed that.

My Ride: 2004 545i / Orient Blue (I think) / Tan int / 116's Wheels / ... my favorite option, the HEATED steering wheel! Previous cars retired: 2006 Corvette Z51, 2002 Corvette Coupe, 2002 Mustang, 1997 Maxima, 1994 Camry, 1990 Supra None, and I mean none compare to this 545i. The 06 Corvette was faster, but not by much...

What a coincidence, I was wonder this as well today. After searching around, I decided on 36 front and 40 rear.

Indeed, because the 19" option from the factory is for non-runflats...

Lower options are runflats so I feel you should go a little about the minimum recommend to compensate for the additional flexibility of the sidewalls...
