My Ride: E60 520d with BMW Night Vision, Adaptive Bi-Xenon, Adaptive Cruise Control, Pro Logic 7, Pro Nav with DVD changer and TV, Aux in for Ipod, Hella White Taillamps, Red Angel eyes, HUD, BMW Individual Backseat DVD with infrared headsets, Alp White 3, Comfort Seats with ventilation electric memory, sunroof, PDC, Alpine remap, M-Sport, Dynamic Drive, Steptronic ..... (ALL OPTIONS) (Why not get all options then buying a bigger engine?)

Yeap you are right but the thing is I'M SURE THAT I COULDN'T MOVE THE STEERING WHEEL BUT YOU CAN CALL IT STUCK TO IF IT'S TOO HEAVY TO STEER try turning your steering wheel when engine is not running and you can even move it but it is very hard BUT I COULDN'T MOVE

Nah it's not stuck when the steering looses the power steering. You can move it without too many problems. Of course it requires way much more effort (like probably 5 times the force) but one can still steer. And bare in mind that when the car is stoped with the engine cut off it's way harder to steer than when the car is moving (with engine cut off OR with power steering failure) because there is no friction between the tires and the road.
