Except that a broken component hurts my resale value so it's not just $90. I've used aftermarket bluetooth units before and they're just not very convenient or function as well as one that's integrated.

If your headlights go out, you could save money by mounting flashlights to your car for $10 but I don't think you will.

+1, I wouldn't dump money into it either...then again, I'd sit and wait.

I have mines that I can sell you, I'm doing the combox retrofit and won't need it. It was replaced under warranty last year.
