Thumbs up

I understand that indcators come on when the engine is cold to encourage us to not redline until engine is wars. When the car warms up there are srill 2 white indicaros left before the redline. Should they go away?

No, they don't disappear completely - treat them (when the engine is warm) as an "orange sector" before hitting the "red"
