Suspension maybe?
It seems like the wear is normal for the amount of miles you have. A suggestion would be to replace the worn out shocks on your stock suspension by upgrading to a coilover or possibly just replacing your tires with something like a Hankook Ventus V12 which has great treadwear life and is an awesome bang for the buck.

some of the numbers for rear camber quoted as standard in this thread seem a little off to me I just had the alignment done on my 05 545i Sport at a BMW dealership. . The spec's and adjustments on the car were as follows: Rear Camber (Left) before adjust. -2.14 Target -1.51, after adjust -1.48. ( Right) Before -1.49 Target -1.36 after adjust -1.35. Tow both sides 0.07
Front Camber Left, before -0.55 after -0.41 Right, -0.22 after -0.31 tow both sides 0.03
PLEASE NOTE: Let the period represent a degree because I cannot find it on my keyboard.
The alignment was done on a BMW Kinematics Diagnose system. I have seen and been around many front alignment machines, I have never seen one as sophisticated as that one. Quoted price $199.00 Actual was $270.00. because of some damage (dent) in the sub frame that supports the Active suspension system.
Was it worth the money? absolutely. The car tracks like a cat at any speed. "turn in" is outstanding and the car is actually less noisy, I think because of less tire scrubbing They say that if a wheel tow is off by an 8 th of an inch the car will literally drag that wheel sideways for 128 feet in a mile.
That's my story and no offence to anyone.
