the sunroof problem

i've read about it but not gotten a clear idea of what the problem is. i think someone said if your moonroof makes a sound like air is coming through but it is closed then bmw can fix this? mine is doing that and i just noticed it last week. i have 49.3k on the clock so would like to take it in this week and get it fixed under warranty.

My Ride: 2008 550i. Murdered. Carbon Black. Painted tail lights, M5 trunk spoiler. RS Technik 15mm spacers (rear). Black 172's.
Had the seal and glass replaced by BMW. Still quite loud. Bringing it back in. :thumbsdown:
