Just got back from the shop. Code is 29CE Misfire, Cylinder 2.
The tech told me he'll first try just replacing a spark plug. If that doesn't work, he'll try the coil.
What's the worst case scenario should I be worried about? If not the spark plug, Is this normally covered under warranty if it's the coil or something else?

Don?t panic! The coil can go bad sometimes. Just replace the spark plugs (all of them it is about 6x $8 if you DON?T? buy it at the dealer ;-) and also replace that one coil.
You can get OEM coil for less than $40

Just picked up my car! 
And yes, it was only a bad ignition coil. The tech said all spark plugs look pretty good and wouldn't change them unless I really wanted to. I just had him change the coil. Thanks for your response guys!
