UPDATE: Neither the dealer nor BMW NA would replace the defective car jack.

 

Really ... that's odd since IMHO it's a safety issue. Didn't you tell them that the jack failed, crushed three people and immediately 7 high-powered attorneys agreed to take the law suit?

BTW, your CPO coverage comes with Roadside assistance! One call and they would have changed your tire.
