Yup ... that looks like an E60 stuck in the Chicago snow storm on Lake Shore Drive. Some estimates counted 1,500 vehicles stuck there.
I'm sure this E60 owner is going to have a delightful experience picking up their 5er from Chicago's finest tow yard. :thumbsdown:

The wipers will freeze onto your windscreen if you leave them overnight (well, not in Dubai
), I presume these guys thought they will drive their cars off the next day. Even if taken to the tow yard, its not good to have your wipers frozen on the screen.
