Hi!

Ever since I bought my car, my electric steering column won't telescope outwards and it's locked al the way in which isn't that comfortable to drive with my height.
The up-and-down function still works flawlessly and I hear the motor doing its thing.

Ive taken the bottom half of the plastic off to visually inspect the motor but I see nothing wrong with it. Whenever I click the button to telescope I see the motor twitch and hear the motor.

Kind of stumped what to try.
Memory seats, mirrors and everything are still OK. Steering wheel also goes up and down upon exiting the car.
