Steering and braking at a standstill noise

I recently got noise and a little shaking when I steer to the left or right, it only happens when the car is not moving and only when I'm pressing the brake pedal. When I steer slowly there is no noise. I think its something that has to do with the brake's, I had my suspension looked at everything is ok. Did anyone experienced this or know what's the cause?

Any help would really be appreciated, nobody knew what the cause of the noise is yet, its like a stretching sound
