LOL, really, keeping a Bimmer for me has been no more expensive than any other car I've owned. there will always be maintenance to be done, and, well, things break sometimes. I have had 37 cars, all well maintained and they have served me well. The only quirk my 5er has ever thrown at me was the death of my CCC unit, but that get's filed away under "Sh** happens". Regular maintenance is part of owning any car. Be thankful, some Ferraris require you to remove the engine just to do an oil change, that job is around $5k at the dealer, eeesh!!!!
