It was so cold last night so the guys had real determination. Obviously have come prepared because the wheel had the locking nuts on, which I can say now are quite useless. But what happened to the Tilt alarm of the car. How did they manage to jack the car up without it triggering.
They've pulled out the blocks from my paving itself to hoist the car up. I'm gutted.....

A few weeks ago my garage was broken into but nothing was taken except the door was completely damaged. And I thought I lived in a 'safe' neighbourhood.

That sucks big time, i understand your frustration having my mirrors stolen two times and now recently my hamann badges were stolen and the hood and trunk damaged in the process.

I feel you and i'm so $(*U&$!83 mad that if i ever catch one of them fiddling with anyone's car i will brake their hands. For real!!!!

Bruce....

Sorry for your loss there, I remember another member here 'Palmo' telling me he had upgraded to a more secure locking nut on his 172's, I think I may now make a small investment, the sad fact is these were probably stolen to order for another e60, with the fronts being smaller than the rears and the offset they will not be suitable for many other cars.

Good luck with nailing the sob's.

I think those BMW original locking nuts are so familiar for thieves, that i replace mines for "some, just good quality, differend"
