I would like to see if you get the power sockets in the rear, I did not and was really pi--ed when I realised that they were not included as standard as they do not come up on the options list on their own. If they are now included it brings the E60 inline with every other BMW including the Mini in the UK. As your kids get older your use those rear sockets (DVD players, Nintendo etc)
I have a 03/2006 with non-smoking pack and here is what you get
- ashtray in front now has a plastic surrogate for the lighter (looks identical)
- ashtray in front still has a removable ashtray like box witht the funny non-smoking mark on it. Guess it is intended to put small garbage in
- ashtray in the back doors are completely gone and you have the entire space available for storage
- midconsole in the back has 2 power sockets with same plastic caps as in front
- mid console also has aux in (which I ordered) but the aux in does not get delivered in the glove compartment anymore, so I have to relook at how to do the wiring for the ipod.

I have noticed that as of 03/2006 you can order the dvd connection in the rear, but do not know what it will bring

As soon as the upload of pics works for me, I'll post some to illustrate

I think the smokers pack is standard in the US Right? I'm just curious... never really cared. As long as I have 1 cig lighter (I dont smoke) just in case I need to start a fire and need a whole bunch of 12V power sockets for my toys i'm ok. I dont need 5 differnt fire starters...

Yes, you have.
