I would prefer Koni if only their rear strut adjustment is not internal

I went w/ Bilstein Sport paired w/ H&R Sport.
Feels not enough damping. Will soon switch to Eibach Pro Kit.

I hope it will feel a lot better

I ran into the same issue as salaki, I am interested in keeping my stock sport springs because I like the ride and height of my car. But I'd like the shocks to be adjustable. I almost bought a set of Koni adjustables until I saw that the rear adjustability was internal. Is there ANY other choice out there that doesn't involve going with coilovers that'll allow me to keep stock springs and height yet adjust the shocks externally?

I know this is an old thread but to the OP any long term updates on that combination?

Also to Salaki what did you ended up doing?

I just got a 08 535xi with 70k with H&R 29146 and Sachs shocks/struts and it is bouncy and bottoms out easily and need to update for our not too smooth streets locally.

roeekmr, you might try PMing those two parties, because neither have posted in a couple of years, so they may be long gone.

Internal as in the Koni FSD self damping? bc I'm looking also mixed reviews with the Koni FSD and eibach pro kit combo but another person on the site said go with the Swift springs and BC shocks but those are coilovers but they do adjust to 30.

Thought about going with Bilstien HD or Sports struts with stock springs.

Things to consider, we live in Seattle (horrible roads), this is my primary car, spend 4 weeks a year driving in snow covered roads, but also the family road trip car.

I would like something sporty but not requiring a dental appointment upon arrival.

I have a 07 550i non sport and I'm putting rihanna rc26 staggered 20's on my car and I want to change from stock springs and shocks/struts what do you think about the eibach pro kit and koni fsd combo. Or can you suggest something else? Hey I also did your e60 mtech single side rear bumpers come in yet
