I guess so. I looked it up on C/D and they got the xi in 5.4 and the 550i was 5.1. It did trail the E550. Even the quarter mile times were about .3 seconds off. Kinda saddening, but when you think about it, the price of my 535 was the MSRP for the E550 and with two fewer cylinders and less horsepower, the performance isn't that much better in an E550. It looks like crap too.
