service overdue lol for a week

My Ride: 525i - titanium silver - sport package - premium package - bi-xeon -
lol yeah so my service has been overdue for about a week now...can i do serious harm to the car if i keep driving it? it was impossible for me to get it service due to my busy schedule and i dont plan on serviceing it for about another week...can i still drive it or should i lay off of it ...and yes i do feel really bad for my baby

I actually think the engine is going to fall out of the car 
But seriously, the car should be alright. The system only guesses when the oil change should be. It uses fuel burn per mile or something like that. How many miles do you have? If its under 15000 you should be ok.

Just check oil and water level and ervything will be OK
