Default Service engine soon ABS DSC AIRBAG malfunctions

Hello everyone, this is probably gonna be my last post because I cant stand the every other week problem. I bought this car hoping it'd be a great amount of fun, but its been a great disappointment. You know whats worse than a disappointment? An expensive ass disappointment.

The first thing I did was drop a nice brand new battery $500 battery hoping all these problems would go away but instead they're just piling up.

F***ing Christmas came in April for my dashboard. DSC triangle, BRAKE in red, ABS, service engine soon (increased emissions), and 2 red airbags (passenger restraint). I have no clue where to start on any of these. Pretty sure emissions are from the secondary air pump being full of sh** and I am no where mechanically inclined enough to remove the valve covers and do that job. The ABS and BRAKE are brand new for today. The Airbag X2 and DSC triangle have been on since purchase. The car has 125XXX miles

Oh and my favorite, the car leaks probably around half a cup of oil everyday from some unknown place and deposits nicely on the Air Compressor unit so i get a nice whiff of oil just to remind me of how shitty the car really is every time i start it.

Someone please help

Bimmers are expensive enough to own and maintain even without all of the hassles you are experiencing.

I think it's a no-brainer that you need to dump this car. But don't discount BMW entirely. Many owners, myself included, experience minimal problems with their E60s. If you have enjoyed the experience, take your time and check out another one. 125,000 miles is, after all, a lot of miles, although not unusual for a 2004.
