Hi guys,
Anyone have any problem with their seat belt warning light on the instrument cluster suddenly start flashing on and off even if you are wearing your seatbelt? It seems that it flashes on when I'm coming to a stop and the car pitches forward slightly, then it goes off when I accelerate again. Could this be related to the gyroscope for the pre-tensioners? Maybe just a loose connection for the sensor? Any ideas before I make a service appointment?
Thanks in advance.

I think you guys may be right. I had my laptop computer case on the passenger seat when this was happening. Last night my seatbelt chime started 'dinging' even though my seatbelt was fastened. I secured the passenger seatbelt and the error cleared itself... I moved the laptop bag to the back seat and no more problems... I guess the passenger seat sensor is way too sensitive... my laptop bag only weighs about 10 lbs. I'll have the dealer check it out at the next service.
Thanks for all your advice.
