Received mine as well, but knew I should be getting it because I saw it on BMWs website.

I'll definitely have to check with my dealer then. Maybe BMW UK is not as nice as BMW USA in terms of keeping customers happy.

I also recieved the letter in the mail yesterday, my car is an October 2003 built.
