Actually, I'm sticking with the 18s! The 20s strike my eye as ridiculous -- like an Escalade with 24s and 20 series rubber -- just wrong. I'd like to go to 19s but potholes and stepped pavement at road construction sites (pretty frequent around here) make me think even 19s will be prone to damage. 18s and non-runflats are the way to go.

just looked at an 08 m5 when I picked my car up and man do those 19's look good! Another question- will I look like I'm 4x4ing on a sport suspension and 19's or 20's? Is one worse than the other?

Thanks for the advice guys - pulled the trigger and purchased some 19" 166 style M5 wheels and tires.... Already had the 2 rear bridgestone pole positions in the garage never mounted from a misalignment on my g35 so I only had to buy the fronts 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 correct?

Hi, I'm on stock 17" rims now and considering moving to 18" or staggered 19" as well...how is the ride on the 19"? Is there a huge compromise to comfort and can the stock suspension handle the 19" without any issues? Am driving the E60 525. Thanks!
