I haven't decide on the tire size. Rim size
19X8.5 F
19X10 R

I'm thinking to put 245/40/19 for front and 285/35/19 for Rear.
Will it rub?
Any other suggestion or comment.

Thanks guys, really appreciate your answer.

ive ordered 19" wheels aswell. kahn rs-v 2pc, 8.5x19 and 9.5x19.

i will use 245/35 and 275/30. these are what most people with an e60 and 19" wheels get. BMW uses these tyres sizes on there 19" for the E60 and it will not rub.

HS_01,

Here is link to previous post. Some of it is in regards to 20", but has a good discussion on possible problems with larger diameter tire, and has a link that you can check your size. Off hand, I would imagine that the larger diameter size you are suggesting, may not rub, but will affect ABS, Speedometer, DTC, ...

A search would also get a few more previous posts.

I've seen some posts where there is slight rubbing with 10" rears.
