Reverse lights
Has anyone replaced their reverse lights with something brighter without getting codes? I have tinted windows on my 08 535i and it's difficult at times to see without putting my windows down.

Last week I got some Auxito LEDs on amazon and am pretty happy. They didn’t give me any codes but after I start the car they flicker a few times for the bulb check so I coded the check out as I didn’t care for the flicker. They are so bright that in the garage as I back in some of the camera screen is washed out.
I got these ones:

By the way, I have an LCI wagon, I didn't check to see if the sedan has the same bulb size but I presume you looked that one up for yourself. I had originally tried some Philips bulbs from my local parts store but they were too long to fit in and I had to pull out the housing to get them in, and they weren't all that bright. Additionally, one of them had a bad connector and would alternate between on and off each time I would close the rear liftgate. The Auxito bulbs have a few LEDs that point straight out the top which I think helps brightness, the Philips bulbs relied solely on the reflector housing to get the light out.
