resetting the service in Idrive

I have a 05 525 and I have performed the oil change and spark plugs as well as changed the brake rotors and pads but I dont have a clue as to how to reset them on my idrive any help will be much appreciated the dealer wants to charge me $200 to do it when all the hard has been done by me

I saw the post but it does not say what to do to the idrive directions are unclear if anyone has a link or better suggestion let me know
