So, as the title states, I'm looking for someone to help me code my car to accept my ccc nav retrofit and CIC iDrive high controller.

I have a 2004 545i. I bought the right cable on eBay. I have NCS Expert, INPA, EIBAS (spelling?) and the latest version of BMW Tools.

So far I have followed the DIY to the letter on bmwcoding.com and got connected to the car, created my expert file, etc. But when it's time to start coding I get a VIN IS FAULTY error. I did some research and found out that it's probably a software issue that can be resolved easily but I can't figure it out.

I finally broke down and went to the dealer this morning, but it was like I was talking a foreign language to them. They spent 3+ hrs trying to figure it out then gave up & sent me on my way.

Does anyone want to earn some cash (via pay pal)? Get on the phone with me or video chat, help me resolve my software issues and help me code the nav unit and controller. Name your price. Thanks!

My price is 4 million, you need the correct daten files for NCS to communicate with your car. Paypal is fine.

I will also be heading from Ohio to Iowa in the near future if somewhere along that route would be convenient for you.

Man if that works it might just be worth 4 million bucks right now haha!

Where do I find the right daten files & where to install them? I'll start searching the Internet & coding forums now. Thanks for the lead!

Hey try these guys. They will ship you a cable.

They take remote control of your pc to perform the coding remotely.
