We always talk about bad experiences so I thought I would take a moment for once and describe my recent good experience at South Bay BMW. I took it in for the second oil change (mileage at 23K). I mentioned the squeaky brakes, windows that don't always make it all the way up and a broken cup holder. They replaced all four brakes, replaced the window motors (BTW there is a service bulletin out about it) and replaced the cup holder. The car was washed, an X3 loaner provided and the work was completed the same day.
The dealership is amazing BTW. They used to be located in a cramped, almost no parking, aging location in Hermosa Beach. Their new location in Torrance has 6 large plasma TVs in the waiting room, internet access for laptops and a cafe.

I almost bought an X5 at that nasty dealership. What a pit. You are talking about the one on Sepulveda. glad they finally did something about it.
