Rear wheel bearing gone at 78K?

Mine is resolved....right rear bearing was toast according to my SA. Drone noise is now gone 
Still can't believe a wheel bearing failed at 75k miles. Can spacers put extra stress on wheel bearings?

Ah ha! Bad wheel bearing too, 2006 E61 530 XIT 78,000km.
I had a shaking vibration like a bad tire belt or a tire out of balance. But it would go away after 5-10 minutes of driving. Tires did have a sidewall bulge so was pretty confident new tires would fix it. Nope.
Eventually the vibration would not stop after a few minutes...then last week a noise could be heard from the back of the car like a belt separation. So finally bad enough to be able to pin down. Bad left rear bearing.
Now if I only I could teach a mechanic to read the tire pressure label on the door jamb.
