I don't have a GPS/NAV in my BMW but I'd like to play DVDs.
Someone here already linked me to a way to hook up to the factory screen; thanks for that.

Now id like to ask, what is the best media player to buy for the car? Should it be in dash, hidden in the trunk, or what?

i have been thinking the same thing.... i dont have NAV on mine ether. but i was looking to upgrade to the larger(wide) screen. i have seen the DIY link upgrading the whole CNC*.
but im not really looking to do all that.
