Default Rear turbo inlet keeps coming off

Hi folks, need some help and wisdom from the community. The problem is that I've replaced some time ago my stock turbos with these ones. I've also replaced the stock plastic inlets with these. When I was installing the rear inlet it was quite a pita to tighten it with the clamp on the rear turbo outlet. You tighten it a bit harder and it squeezes out. Finally, I managed to secure it and was enjoying my ride for some time... until the rear inlet came off for the first time... Then, as many of you probably know it is a real challenge to get in the area to put it back. By the way, I compared the stock turbos with those I got from Vargas and apparently the rear turbo outlet on Vargas is a bit shorter than on the stock one. Anyway, rolling it forward, yesterday it happened to me for the 3rd time and I'm looking for a permanent fix. Thinking about 3D-printing a kind of "adapter" to extend a rear turbo outlet so that the inlet stays in place when I tighten the clamp. If you follow my train of thought, I'm looking to build something like this (of course the image is just to illustrate the concept):

The idea is that the right part of this "extension" will get inserted into the rear turbo outlet and the left part should be the same diameter as the outer diameter of the turbo outlet, effectively serving as an "extension". Then if I tighten the clamp I hope that the inlet stays in place and no more boost leaks here. Now, since I have my Vargas turbos on the car, it is hard to get the inner and outer diameter measurements for the rear turbo outlet. Any chance someone has those turbos handy and can measure them for me? I assume the dimensions should be close to the OEM turbo outlets too, so if no luck with Vargas, I guess I would appreciate stock turbo outlet dimensions as well (I threw away my stock turbos after replacement).

Thank you guys and appreciate your help. Any other ideas on how to make a permanent fix for this issue are also welcome.

Contact ECS, they should be able to provide you with the measurements.

I did try contacting ECS but the online chat did not go far along. Anyway, I got to the area with the caliper and got the measurements. The Vargas turbo snout has 36.5 mm ID and 46 mm OD. My friend 3d-printed this "adapter" from ASA plastic:

Then I've installed it like this:

I really hope this is the end of my saga. The intake inlet seems to sit firmly now. I got my boost back and I'm enjoying my ride again
