Thumbs up

Will there be those two power outlets on the center console in the rear, with rear seat heating?

My dealer and BMW Sweden had no idea!

Good question. I seem to remember that for European E60's, if you didn't get the smoker package, there were no outlets in the back, but if you got the smokers package, they were there. The only difference I can recall is that instead of the plastic ashtray up front, you get some other plastic insert, presumably for coins, etc.

NO.

The power outlets in the rear center console are ONLY on US spec cars, no matter if or if not you get the smokers package.

Iceman:

Do you know if the wiring is there, or do you have to draw the wires yourself?

There is no wiring, unless you have the power outlets.
