rear audio inputs

I read in the owners manual that some cars are optioned with rear audio inputs with a remote. The input jacks are where my two power outlets are (behind the center armrrest ) I didnt see this as an option when I ordered my 2005 530. Is this an option only in europe, and can it be retrofitted

I don't know if this comes with the Individual rear entertainment package or with bus nav only.
Anyways, I haven't seen this option yet, so I think it is part of the rear entertainment package what will be added to the options somewhen.
