I am sorry for your problems. I have an ongoing problem with 20.01.00, but nothing like yours. I want to go back to 19.01.01. Given that Simens VDO is so software challenged and that BMW won't get a Japanese company to do its software, I think that, in the interest of developing customer loyalty, it needs to find a way to allow us to back up to our prior software versions if things end up worse rather that better.

I love my car, but I always am willing to change brands. Next time around I will take BMW's software ineptness into serious consideration. I don't like going in to get a minor thing fixed via a software update, getting the minor thing fixed, and losing performance in any way or some other really important thing. My problem is that after 20.01.00 I can no longer turn DSC and DTC off to the extent I was able to under 19.01.01. And, that really annoys me.
