2005 545i 6-spd manual---->de-badged, CDV removal, Autosolutions short shift kit, resonator removal, premium package, PDC, xenon, almost full options, hardwire V1 install ....looking for mods...
2007 550i 6-spd----> Premium package, sport package, Logic7, heated everything, Rogue Engineering SSK, CDV removal, hardwire V1 install, aFe cold air intake, Custom Magnaflow exhaust....
I get that experience too..sometimes it rains but the rain sensor doesnt go on....never knew rain drops can "learn" to avoid sensor...

[/quote]Speaking of sunroofs and rain sensors, a friend had a 8 series around 10 years ago, and if you left the sunroof open and the rain sensor sensed rain, it would automatically close the sunroof! Wonder if the E60 works that way. Of course, in the bay area I'll have to wait a long time at this time of year to test it!
