Radiator sensor mount panel

FYI
This is from a chart named "AIR DUCT" i the US OEM catalogue.
Look here:

and the part we're looking at isn't on the chart...

In the following diagram, it's part number 15, I think.

How about part no. 15 (Air duct, bottom) in the drawing? This piece has also the sensor or whatever it is that is shown on the picture.
