Quickest Way to heat up car

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

I just leave everything on full auto and turn on the seat and steering wheel heaters. Maybe it's the V8 but my car heats up remarkably fast. No need to do anything except lower the setting on the seat heaters once my butt starts to smoke...

I tend to find my car is ok in the mornings... It's garaged though, so maybe that makes a difference, however, heated seat is always the first button pressed!!

I park in an unheated garage and for last weeks, the morning temps have been in the -15 to -20C range (that's around +2 to -3F).
I have heated seats and heated steering wheel. I find the seat heaters will fry your ass quickly so I'm turning mine down, then off within the first 5 mins of driving. I find my 535 warms up engine-wise quite quickly.
I would not rev a cold engine.
