Moderators, please close/delete this thread. The problem wasn't the spacer, it was the way I was installing it. Rather than putting the spacer onto the wheel hub (where it sits flush) then mounting the rim onto the wheel hub, I was trying to put the spacer on the rim first, then mount the whole rim+spacer onto the wheel hub. When putting on the spacer by hand into the hub of the rim, it won't sit flush because there isn't enough force to push the hub centric lip into the rim hub. When you mount the spacer first onto the wheel hub (axle hub) then mount the rim onto that, you torque the lug nuts at 88lb ft in a star pattern which applies force evenly between the rim and spacer and makes it sit flush with both the wheel (axle) hub and the rim hub. Hope that makes sense, sorry for the confusion.

Some pics with a 15mm TMS spacer installed: Rim sits flush with fender, very evenly matched with factory front wheels. Car should've come from the factory looking like this.

Looks great! any vibration problem? also,do you think there is enough room to push it out a bit more with the 17.5mm spacer? I know some members here run 20mm but for my situation, I'm running plus size (275/35/19) tires on my 19" so I'm not sure what's the max I can push out.

I ran 12.5mm TMS spacers on my stock rims and never had any problems at all. The way to fit it is to mount the spacer onto the hub and then mount the wheel on top. When you tighten the bolts on the wheel, the gap between spacers and the wheels close up and the wheels sit perfectly. You should always use extended bolts with spacers - Turner sells bolts for BMW sized to their spacers, ie if you get 15mm spacer, you can get bolts extended by 15mm, and so on

Yup, I got the extended bolts also from TMS when I ordered the spacer. No vibration at all, but I currently only have the spacer on one of the rear wheels since I have the spare tire on the other and only got up to 50 or so mph (spare tire rating). Waiting for the other rear rim to be refinished/straightened to test for high speed vibrations, should be here by tomorrow. If I could do it again, I probably would've gotten the 17.5mm but I could see how that would make the car look less "factory" if that makes sense. With the 15mm spacer on the rear only, the front and rear wheels look to be the same distance from the fender.

I'm thinking of getting the 17.5mm spacer but when I measured from the inner liner of the fender using the string method I only have around 15mm or even less and with plus size tires, I'm just concerned that if I push it all the way out, it will rub over bumps or dips but on the other hand, I love the look of a totally flush wheel to fender look.
