I have one on order but am disappointed to find that unlike my present mercedes I can't have separate temperatues left and right unless I pay hundreds of pounds for the upgraded system. Since the missus likes her side several degrees hotter... a bit of a concern . What are your experiences?

Yep, here in the UK it is an option: Advanced A/C at ?490.

again, not sure why the packages are so different (in fact, here all we currently have is the SE package: i added sports suspension but there are no 'collections' per se like you have in the US)... your base pricing obviously includes the extra dosh for the advanced A/C
