Hey guys

was looking at the engine the other day and noticed a ticking noise comping from a plastic container near the coolant.

It's got a green sticker on it (i've attached photos)

Does anyone know what this is?
couldn't find anything referred to in the manual, also noticed a slight residue coming out of the top of it.

thanks

power steering. there is a vent hole on the cap so a small amount of residue is OK.
