I see two plausible answers to why we don't have a conclusion:

- we were all snookered by a troll (400 lbs truck driver) or
- BMW NA finally settled this with her with the condition she stops posting further details.

Anyway, it was entertaining to follow this story. And, really, wasn't that why we read this whole thread in the first place?
