Welcome Superstyna.
At this point BMW is unsure of what the issue is and are throwing parts at it. Which some cars it isn't so easy to troubleshoot. Lucky you this could have been outrageous without your CPO. Do you know if they have tested your coolant and oil for mixing and gases? These are standard tests to see if you are having head gasket issues or a cracked head. You may want to ask.
Contact your insurance company and explain that you are having issues that cannot be resolved and if they can run a history report. It is much more thorough than carfax. Also contact your BMW Service Adviser and DEMAND a vehicle service history printout. It is supposed to be confidential but if you make enough noise they will give it to you or at least show you.
If all else fails, I would talk to BMW NA and explain your situation and that you would like the car replaced. I think you have done your part with patience.

If it is a hoax... I can put some feelers out at the dealer. There's an SA (who frequents r3vlimited) that comes to the German car meet-up... Then there's Ty Vil... who's on almost every BMW Internet user group board.

Read all of her post and you will figure out what is going on here, it's not a hoax, just a unpleasant experience. I have my fingers crossed that she doesn't get that nasty over heat again!

I cant believe after reading all 6 pages there is no end to the story. Didi miss the season finale? Do we have to wait until next season to find out what happened to the car?
