My new car arrived in the middle of September, it was delivered to my office on the back of a transporter. I was delighted to see it only had 6 miles on the clock. On my drive home I noticed a slight vibration through the wheel between 45 - 55 miles per hour and again between 60 - 70. The first thing I did was have all the wheels balanced this does not seem to have made any difference.

I also find my car will judder on overrun when the standard auto transmission is in sport mode.

Has anyone else had similar problems or any advice.

Ben, please tell us where you are and what car you have.

This may help get more responses.

Perhaps. I was thinking limited slip related.

Was it a brand new car? If so, are you sure the shipping blocks were removed from the suspension?

Hi I have just got my 535d,Sport with 19s. I have the steering wheel issue, but I think it will be balancing or tracking I have had 4 including this one and they all have need some sort of wheel balance etc in the first couple of thousand miles. The first time I had it done they only balanced the wheels and the problem did not go away, then they did a full 4 wheel alignment and that did the trick. They will have the equipment if they sell tyres at your dealership.

Mines got to have a new disc changer, great!

Try to speak to them with regard to the judder, it will be software, I am unsure if mine has something simlar, but its only done 600 miles so far so I will leave it for a while.
