Problems with 550 at 600 miles

I pick up my 550 about 10 days ago and here I sit waiting for roadside assistance.
It has comfort access and at times the accesories stay on even after you exit and lock the car. Killed the battery tonight.

Love the car, another complaint is the i drive system takes so long to initialize that i am usualy out of my driveway before I get the screen to "accept". In the 745 the park distance would work without hitting the accept. In this car it does not display unless accept has been hit. So in most cases I am already in drive pulling away before I could concievable use the function. Also, when changing radio stations there is a very perceptible delay before it changes. I am just waiting for the screen to go blue.

It reminds me of the jokes about microsoft. Pull over and restart.

I have had variable start time on my idrive, but nothing like that. Sometimes the accept screen come on in lest than a seconds. Sometimes it 10-12 seconds.
