Oh many have including me. I could almost gaurantee an down on up command after going into reverse. About 1 in 5 of those would result in an anti-trap message. Dealer replaced window motor. Happened once in maybe 200 tries since.

Yup, it's a software issue related to safety. If it is stuck, shut the ignition off and then try it; it should go back up. But you should have your dealer address it.

if theey get stuck with the error just force them up using the switch and keep u finger there for about 2 seconds..they should re-adjust...if this keep hapening...i would tell the dealer, the rears on my car always got stuck on the service told them about it...and told them the fronts have noisy motors...the dealer changed all window motors ...under warranty ofcourse...

Happened to me everytime. I would put the car in park and have my foot on the brake. Then i would pull both the front window switches up at the same time using the one touch feature. They could never fix it. Got a new car from them.
