Default Possible solutions for bad fuel consumption

Hi to all,

I have 525d 2004 Auto and I have very bad fuel economy 18mpg .. I know this because previous i have owned 530d 2004 with 28mpg same routes every day(fire accident and car was wrecked().. nvm.
I think that there is a problem because when i make slow acceleration fuel gague goes to max even if i press little it need little more time to cqlm down.. Second i think that I dont have full power, i think that is limp.. but i can drive 200km/h..

So i start investigating..
First I have changes ALL filters.. Nothiing..
Second ai have replaced MAF sensor because I have faulty one..
Third I have cleared EGR and throttle valve
4. replaced egr and main termostat
still nothing..
I have faulty Glow plug uni..
these days I will check exaust manifold for crack..
Where to look because I'm at the end with my nervs..
