I would take the new car. The other one has probably been riden hard like a prostitute, no respect.

mountainboy, are you planning on leasing? Keeping the car long if purchasing?

If you aren't keeping the car out of warranty, you might not need to worry about how it was broken-in, etc.

If the car runs well and looks good...not too many dings, I'd go for the goodies.

Am leasing. Not keeping car out of warranty. Going back to dealer today to check out the figures. Buying a car should be fun shouldn't it?

If those are your circumstances plus the full warranty....there is nothing wrong with the demo option. Take it for a drive, test out those goodies you mention - if the finances are attractive -maybe for you it's the one.
