Picking up my 2004 545i SE Auto tonight.
I can't wait
Going to have to be a good boy and not lose my license straight away.
Anyway - hello all! I expect I'll be a regular poster here.
My first question would be: I'm a tech savvy person. What equipment do you need to get the same level of software control as the dealership? How much does it cost?

My Ride: My 5 and I met on Father's Day 2008 and have been together ever since. 20" Wheels (Make TBD), premium package, sport package, AiB V3 upgrade and a Passport Escort 8500 Radar Detector.

As far as your questions.. a few thousand $$$ to get the equipment. And its not simple as it seems.

Can't help you on the software but there is some very tech savy people on here that can help with that. I know I read somewhere about and someone had qutie the write up it.
