Today I notice that my PDC pictogram has stopped coming up. I still get the beeps but no picture
Is there a control for this ? Maybe I have inadvertantly turned it off ?

PDC can be turned off from within the iDrive vehicle settings menu but I reckon this would turn the lot off, beeps included.
However, if it has been like that for a few days, with beeping and no picture, I'd be a little bit more concerned... I think you'd have to look for a new car

I believe you can switch off the display of the car when in PCD mode from the info/setting menu in iDrive. Take a look under car settings or something.
