Hello all,

I'm having a similar problem with my PDC sensors on the rear bumper. For no apparent reason one afternoon, 3 of the sensors came on full and one stayed off...there was nothing behind me! I checked for the clicking and all sensors seem to be working, but I have also noticed that itermitantly it will work fine. I have narrowed this down to when I start the car.... I have a feel that it could be the controller unit - that sits in the spare wheel well - I have had it out and thought that maybe "re-seating" the connections would sort it out..... it did for about 10mins and once again the problem has returned. I'm not getting any malfunction error's and no error's on the plug-in computer at my dealers.

Now to the expensive part... PDC Controller unit from dealer is 243euro.

Is there anything else I can try before forking out this cash.
note: Yes, I have been trawling Ebay and scrap dealers to see if I can pick one up on the cheap!! no joy yet.
