What makes the heat work on the pass side? Heater control valve? Is it on or 2 valves and where at? Is there a blend door from hot 2 cold? Where is that located also? Luke warm heat on driver side and cold on pass. Please help.

 

First is your issue not getting the heat to blow hot since you say your driver side blows luke warm. It the heat is not getting hot then you need to address that first. When you post please list the year, model and mileage that helps us know what we are dealing with.
